1. Service Estimates & Proposals
All preliminary calculations, including estimates produced by our online Concrete Calculator tool, are planning figures. Exact contract pricing depends upon actual on-site inspection, grading requirements, access constraints, rebar specifications, and pour volume confirmed before work begins.
2. Site Access & Conditions
The client is responsible for ensuring clear access for ready-mix concrete delivery trucks and excavation equipment, and for identifying private underground utilities or irrigation lines not marked by public locate services.
3. Concrete Characteristics & Curing
Concrete is an inorganic, dynamic construction material subject to natural curing, hydration variations, and ground movement. Proper control joints are placed to manage hairline stress relief. Client agrees to abide by recommended cure schedules prior to loading or vehicle parking.
